Tooling Manufacture and Machining

STS is a leader in ion implant refurbishment and elastomer bonding technologies. STS has a full 6,250 sq ft machine shop with complete CNC capability. The STS machine shop is staffed with a full crew of journeyman machinists, with over 135 years of experience among them.

The machinists at the STS machine shop have been designing production tooling for the semiconductor manufacturing industry since the inception of the company, and have the ability to test and machine production tooling with a high degree of accuracy. Additionally, STS has routinely demonstrated the ability to refurbish existing OEM tools to meet or exceed original specifications.
